CLASSIC REMIXES FROM SUPERSTAR TRANCE DJ

今時今日，Paul Oakenfold仍是百大DJ排行中名列前茅的常客，而大多數人對他所留下的印象，可能就只是一位名氣很大的Superstar Trance DJ那麼簡單。

但對我來說，Paul Oakenfold除了是自己音樂/DJ生涯中第一位深入接觸到的超級DJ之外，印象更深刻的是他在Trance領域以外對其他音樂類型的廣泛涉獵，不要忘記早在1990年時他曾連同Steve osborne 為Happy Mondays經典專輯Pills 'N' Thrills And Bellyaches擔綱製作；而這張最新3CD單曲與混音精選Greatest Hits and Remixes: Unmixed(Limited Edition Box set)的出版，則再次喚起腦海中的種種美好音樂印記。

除了一首首來自他個人專輯的暢銷曲以及其自家廠牌Perfecto的名曲外，讓我重溫得意猶未盡的, 其實是過去他為一眾獨立/搖滾樂團如The Cure、Happy Mondays、The Stone Roses、U2、The Smashing Pumpkins、Mansun...等所炮製的Remix，當然不能不提的還有他為Massive Attack、Sneaker Pimps、Olive這幾個Trip-Hop組合作嫁過。

此外，多首2008 Exclusive Remix的出現，無形中讓這套3CD精選更具價值，完整曲目如下:
